I challenge you to send a thank you text to your worship team before they lead on Sunday.
Thanks is one of the currencies you can use to "pay" your volunteers (along with reminding them of their purpose and valuing their time). But it's way too easy to get wrapped up in the Easter to-do list and forget to thank your team. They put in a lot of hard work and energy to make things happen. You couldn't do what you do without them - so let them know you're thankful.
In fact, I'll even do most of the work for you! Here's a sample text you can send to your team (feel free to edit it as needed):
Hey team! Just wanted to let you know I'm so thankful for each of you and the hard work that you've put in to prepare for Easter. We have an amazing opportunity tomorrow to lead our church in a celebration of the resurrection of Jesus and I'm so glad I get to serve alongside you. I can't wait for what God has in store for our time together tomorrow. See you in the morning!
