I challenge you to ask someone for help tomorrow.
It can be difficult to ask for help when you're in ministry. Sometimes it's just easier to do things yourself. "I'll make the lyric slides." "I'll take care of putting that mic stand away." "I'll pick out the songs for this week." But the truth is: if you want people to be engaged at your church, you've got to give them opportunities to serve. And these chances to serve don't have to always be huge responsibilities.
Before you tomorrow, make a mental list of all the things you do on Sunday morning. Then, consider who you can ask to help you with one of those tasks!
