I challenge you to find someone you can ask to join the worship team tomorrow.
Most leaders want their worship team to grow. The problem is: they never take any step to make it actually happen. It's very rare that someone will come up to you and ask to join the team. In fact, most people think they aren't invited. You can change that by starting a conversation with them.
It starts by asking if they have any musical ability. Then, ask them if they've ever considered joining the worship team. From there, put them in the pipeline you have set up for people to join the team. Maybe that means inviting them to rehearsals. Or maybe it means you sitting down with them one on one to see if they're ready to join the team.
Before you go to church tomorrow, identify one person you can ask to join the worship team.
