I know, I know... we're still 5 weeks out from Easter. But those 5 weeks are going to fly by.
And as we talked about on Thursday, if you want to take a day off the week of Easter, you've got to plan early.
The biggest reason worship leaders don't plan their songs out far in advance is because their "pastor doesn't know what they're preaching on until a couple days before Sunday." Or some variation of that excuse. But, on Easter, you don't have that excuse. You know EXACTLY what your pastor is going to be preaching about.
So, pick some songs out for Easter. It'll reduce your stress in preparation the week before Easter. Plus, it'll give you time to let your thoughts marinate which will make your leading on Easter that much better!
