I challenge you to point your team to the "why" tomorrow!
As a leader, you should be constantly reminding your team why they're doing what they're doing. They aren't just learning their musical part to make the band sound good. They aren't just showing up early for rehearsal for the sake of showing up early. They're doing what they're doing so that people have the opportunity to experience Jesus!
Answer the question: What is your team's why? Write down some answers. Then, before you start rehearsal tomorrow, communicate to your team the importance of what they're doing!
