Well thought out transitions make for a distraction free time of worship. It's all about eliminating dead air between songs. That's easy enough when the songs you're leading are in the same key. But it's a bit more difficult to create smooth transitions when you're leading a few songs in a row that are all in different keys.
Luckily, there are ways to create good transitions between songs in different keys.
Here are some ideas:

2 | Play the 5 chord of the new key
3 | Use a common note between the keys
