I use a Taylor 214ce. This guitar is special to me because I bought it as a gift for myself for my high school graduation. During my senior year of high school I got a job as "worship team coordinator." I suppose I was to young to be considered a "worship leader" and certainly too young to be called a worship pastor. But that was a formative year for me: learning what I wanted to do with my life (be a worship leader), how to lead a team, and how to function on church staff.
I'm reminded of how Israel used to set up stones that would remind them of God's faithfulness - these were called ebenezers. You might be familiar with the term from the song Come Thou Font. This guitar is certainly an ebenezer to me. Every time I use it to lead worship I am reminded of the faithfulness of God which in term helps me remind those that I'm leading that we worship a faithful God.
