You don't need to introduce another new worship song (Video)

Did you know if you have 40 songs in your worship song repertoire and lead 5 songs on a typical Sunday there are 658,008 possible combinations of set lists you can create?

I share that fact because the biggest reason I hear worship leaders want to introduce a new song to their church is because they want to keep things fresh. They're afraid people are going to be bored with their song selection.

In reality, if you have 40 songs in your repertoire and do 5 songs a week, you could lead a new worship set every Sunday for the next 12,654 years.

So... no. You probably don't need to introduce a new song this week to keep things feeling fresh. Still don't believe me?

Well, over on the Leading Worship Well YouTube channel, I just released a video called "You don't need to introduce another new worship song."

In the video, I'll share with you a few more reasons why you probably don't need to introduce a new worship song this Sunday.
